1 - Integration:

SAP Integration: To integrate the product with SAP, we use our “SAP Integrator” product, which allows us to securely transfer data from PI to the project.

2 - Branch / Dealer / Member Management

  • Companies can register through the website.
  • Companies can be automatically added to the system after registration or added with admin approval.
  • You can also create company records via the CMS Panel.
  • You can add unlimited dealers to companies through the CMS Panel.
  • You can add users to companies and dealers. An automatic user is created for the first opened company.
  • You can authorize users in the management of the areas you want.
  • You can manage dealer sales, conduct direct sales through the dealer, or perform sales with company approval.
  • Companies can create dealers through the website and create users for their companies or dealers.
  • You can activate or deactivate companies or dealers through the CMS Panel.
  • You can assign customer representatives or representatives to dealers through the CMS Panel.
  • Companies and dealers can add necessary documents during the registration process or through the CMS Panel.
  • You can filter companies, dealers, and users with the advanced filter options available in the CMS Panel.

3 - Product Category and Product Management

  • You can create product categories with subcategories.
  • Through our integration solutions, you can integrate your existing product categories and products.
  • You can create as many products as you want and link them under the desired category.
  • You can add visuals to categories.
  • You can enter product stock, add visuals, and use the featured image option to highlight a visual in listing areas.
  • You can update categories.
  • You can update products.
  • You can select the country where the products are visible.
  • You can deactivate products.
  • You can define prices specifically for customers. This works based on integration. Not possible through CMS.
  • You can enter detailed descriptions for your products and create tables.
  • You can define currency for products in TL, USD, and Euro.
  • You can sell products in Pallet, Box, KG, and Piece units, and we also have the feature to enter quantities for Pallet and Box.

4 - Forbidden Product Management

  • You can mark forbidden product categories down to subcategories.
  • You can mark categories that you do not want to appear and prevent them from being sent to customers.
  • You can hide products from customers.

5 - Cart and Order Management

  • You can add products to the cart. You can mix added products regardless of whether they are in pallets, boxes, kg, or pieces.
  • You can update, delete, or clear all products in your cart.
  • You can create an order from the cart with the pre-order button.
  • You can list your current orders.
  • You can list old orders.
  • You can review order details.
  • You can track the steps of orders historically.
  • You can convert an order to the cart step. (Order cancellation)
  • Shipping planning / review planned shipments
  • Enter delivery date

  • Orders can be described with a flow;

    Note: To avoid affecting the current flow of stock management, it works based on main stock and real stock for products in the cart or order. The stock visible to customers will always be the real stock. This helps prevent the sale of out-of-stock products.

6 - Payment Management

7 - Campaign Management

  • You can create unlimited campaign categories.
  • You can add categorized campaigns to the slider.
  • You can set discounted sales prices for specific products.
  • You can publish a campaign between x / y dates.
  • You can stop or publish campaigns on the desired date.

8 - Warehouse and Logistics Management

  • You can create an unlimited number of warehouses for your company.
  • You can enter which warehouse products are coming from and display only the products in the relevant warehouse.
  • You can define logistics vehicles and enter their volumes into the system to inform your customers.
  • You can make the necessary logistics definitions for your export. You can specify shipping types. (FOB, CIF, etc.)

9 - Document Request Management

  • If your customers want to request a document related to a product, they can make this request through the website.
  • Text additions with multiple selections can be made in requests; this field should be communicated to us statically.
  • All incoming requests are accumulated on the CMS Panel.
