Through this project, Dünyagöz Mobile will reinforce its strength in health technologies by delivering faster, more accessible, and more effective services to its users across both mobile and digital platforms.
The mobile application we developed for Dünyagöz Hospitals is a digital transformation project designed to enable patients to book appointments quickly, clearly, and securely via their mobile devices.
Our primary goal was not merely to build a mobile app, but to design an experience that removes all friction points users face during the appointment booking process.
Mobile applications in the healthcare sector commonly face the following challenges:
Complex appointment booking steps
Form-heavy and tiring screen structures
Interfaces that fail to guide first-time users
Low motivation among existing users to reuse the application
For Dünyagöz, the critical requirement was clear:
“Patients should be able to book an appointment without having to think about what to do when they first open the app.”
Existing and new user scenarios were analyzed separately
The appointment booking flow was reduced to the minimum number of steps
Medical terminology was simplified to avoid overwhelming users
Large buttons, clear guidance, and flow-oriented screens were designed
A clean, calming, and trustworthy visual language aligned with eye health
Fast filtering for doctor, specialty, and date selection
Screen hierarchy optimized for mobile usage habits
Application launch times were optimized
Drop-off points within the appointment flow were redesigned
A consistent experience was delivered across both iOS and Android platforms
